Xbox 360 Microsoft repair?
Well my laser was giving out, the laser becomes weaker over the years( 1st Gen 360) so I was trying to pot tweak, that's when you move those little yellow knobs to adjust the power of the laser, well I had no idea on how to do it. 1st I moved the knob so many times with pliers that it was being shaved so now I can't move it because I can't get a grip on it. 2nd the laser doesn't turn on anymore. So can I send it to Microsoft? I have no more warranty but I'm willing to pay the $100 and shipping, I was just wondering if they;ll let me because I was trying to fix it myself and opened it.
Please don't tell me to get a PS3 or a Wii, if I wanted one I would of never posted this question.
That's the issue, if you open your console you void your warranty, my suggestion would be to search for a new laser in ebay, they have some good deals on those.
