Burning fat and calorie consumption is the process by the body to break down stored fat to have the primary energy needed to perform different functions. The body needs energy to move and grow and play and function to the fullest. We burn energy with each heartbeat.

It is known that Body burn the bulk of calories while doing the basic vital functions "digestion and breathing and thinking  Without even moving, But if we want to move our muscles for various activities, then, our bodie need additional energy , and the amount of energy vary according to the degree of our activity.

But what determines the speed of burning fat and calorie consumption?

There are several factors determine the speed of burning fat, including:

  • Body size.
  • The size of the muscles.
  • age.
  • Sex.
  • The level of activity.
  • Body temperature and climate.

It is well known that we are obese quorum, since the amount of calories that we eat is more than the amount it burns by the body. If the burn is slow, it will lead to the accumulation of excess kilograms in our bodies.

However, using diet and eating low Calorie Foods alone will not solve the problem!!, Nor you will guarantee lasting success in losing fat. If you did not receive the number of calories the body needs, it will take a defensive position against this situation, which it will consider it a starvation, and then it will reduce the speed of burning "metabolism" to conserve energy, and at this point losing weight become more difficult.

So what are the effective means to speed up the process of metabolism in the body to burn more calories?

1 - Sport: sport is the most important means of accelerating the process of metabolism and burn fat. Just  start any activity that will increased heart rates, such as swimming, running or riding rolling stock, or even just walking. Then we are in the process of burning more calories. If we practice these exercises for between 20 and 30 minutes, the speed of burning and calorie consumption will remain high for several hours, even after we finished the exercise.

2 - eat small meals several times a day: the more we eat we burn more calories through the energy needed to eat and digest and absorb food. In fact, eating small meals and the Organization every three or four hours, helps to increase calorie consumption, than one that burns when you eat a large meal one. It also prevents the feeling of hunger, and thus reduces excessive eating.

3 - eating protein: Food Digestion need protein and calories to increase by 18%, what is needed to digest carbohydrates or fat. Therefore, we must to make sure that we eat all what our body needs of proteins which must constitute 15% of the total calories. It Can be obtained at this rate, by eating two to three servings of dairy products, and two classes or three of meat, fish or nuts or grains or legumes daily. But we must avoid too much protein, because it can lead to fatigue, kidney, and liver. It is also associated with decrease in the proportion of calcium in the bones and high blood pressure.

4 - pepper and spices: many studies have shown that it can increase the speed of burning and calorie consumption by 50% for three hours, after the meal rich warm spices. Due to the fact that heart rate increases when dealing with these spices.
In addition, the spices give flavor to dishes so there is no need to add fat to it. Also, the spices, has anti-inflammatory properties and can be useful in cases such as arthritis.

5 - Caffeine: found in several studies that two cups of coffee a day can increase the speed of metabolism and fat burning rate ranging between 10 and 30% in the period between one and three hours after drinking in it.

6 - Green Tea: more than one study has shown that people who drink green tea, burning calories will be better than those who do not drink it, Green tea is also very beneficial to public health, it is an excellent anti-oxidant, and helps to strengthen the body's immunity. But we must be satisfied with three or four cups a day maximum, because it contains caffeine.

7 - eating ginger and cinnamon, increase the rate of burning fat and calorie consumption.

8 - drinks and cold foods, it will force the body to burn more calories, in order to preserve any natural temperature of 37 degrees.
