I'm looking to build a very utilitarian multi room building for residential/office purposes. How much will it cost to buy the building kit, have it erected(by professionals), and have it finished out(including ac, a couple restrooms, simple kitchen, and a few rooms)? 4000ish sqft. Asthetics are a non-issue. Lets just assume I already have land in Conroe, TX. zip 77301. Cheapest reliable options if possible.
